1. First of all go to the official website of RICEM which is www.ricem.org.
2. On the home page of the official website, you can get the button for admit card download on the top main navigation.
3. Just click on that button and then you will be redirected to  a new webpage.
4. Click on the link given there for RICEM admit card 2015 download.
5. Then your RICEM admit card 2015 / hall ticket will be automatically downloaded on your PC.
6. In case after downloading the hall ticket, you are not able to open then file, then you can try installing any pdf reader such as acrobat reader or foxit reader.
7. You can also take the print out of the RICEM admit card 2015, using the ctrl + P key combination from the keyboard.
